Summary:In a laser device for performing medical and/or cosmetic treatments, especially an acupuncture device, having a laser beam generating arrangement which is connected via at least one light guide arrangement to at least one treatment style (4), universal applicability is achieved in that the laser beam generating arrangement comprises a plurality of laser beam generators (5, 6) which are followed by a collecting device (11) for collection of the laser beams (12a, 12b) which can be supplied by the individual generators (5, 6) and which can be jointly fed to the beam exit of the treatment style (4).
