Stable liquid o/w emulsion

Liquid, stable, non-solidifying o/w emulsions can be obtained by carrying out the emulsification in the presence of less than 1% by weight of gelatin and 0.6 to 2 parts by weight of an emulsifier containing a sulpho group, based on 1 part by weight of gelatin.
