Summary:An electromechanical component, especially an electromagnetic relay having a base body from which connecting elements are passed out and having a two-piece housing, one part being constructed in the form of a trough and the other part in the form of a plate, the two parts being connected at their circumferential edges, and perforations for the connecting elements being provided in the housing. The base body and/or the housing have/has beads in the region of these perforations, which beads surround each individual perforation in annular shape. The base body and housing are connected to one another in the region of these beads.
