Summary: | The control device is intended for the electrical remote operation of direct-acting brakes and contains a body (1), above which a rotating cam (2) is coaxially fitted, which is adjusted by means of a handle (5). A brake and a brake release limit switch (9, 10) with guide rollers (11) are fixed diametrically opposite in the body. A reset device (19), which has a spring (6) with an adjusting screw (8) in the lower part and a ball (7) in the upper part, is fitted transversely to the axial plane of the switch axes. A stop is formed on the body (1) against the ball (7). The rotating cam (2) has the cam profile in the lower part. Two guide notches (13) with a rising edge (14) run in a transverse axis running through the cam centre. In the perpendicular radial a stop notch (15) is provided on one side, and on the other side a triangular seat (16) with triangular slits (17) on both edges. In addition to the seat an indentation (18) is formed on each side. The distance from the centre of rotation of the cam is equal to the distance of the ball. The control device can be used, for example, in locomotive brake systems of the Knorr, Westinghouse, Matrosov-system types etc. |
