Summary:An electronic control and regulating device is proposed which reacts to changes in the input voltage as well as increasing the effective motor voltage counteracting the expected speed drop, in the event of a change in the motor lead, for example in the event of an increase in the torque. The control and regulating device has a feedback path for this purpose which consists of at least two elements, one element of which is used for storage and other elements being used for propagation time delay of the load-dependent signal which is to be fed back.
