Supraleitende Anordnung

Superconducting electrodes (5, 6) are formed on a semiconductor (4) which serves as a channel. A control electrode (2) is disposed through an insulator film (3) or a p-n junction on the opposite side of the semiconductor (4) to the side having the superconducting electrodes (5, 6). A superconducting...

Summary:Superconducting electrodes (5, 6) are formed on a semiconductor (4) which serves as a channel. A control electrode (2) is disposed through an insulator film (3) or a p-n junction on the opposite side of the semiconductor (4) to the side having the superconducting electrodes (5, 6). A superconducting current flowing across the superconducting electrodes (5, 6) and the control electrode (2) is controlled by an electric signal which is applied to the control electrode (2); thereby enhancing the current gain.
