| Abstract | An essentially optically clear liquid detergent composition contains (i) 5 to 95 % by weight of a surface-active agent, relative to the total weight of the detergent composition, and (ii) 5 to 70 % by weight of an essentially water-insoluble scouring agent, relative to the total weight of the detergent composition.
