Summary: | The exercise apparatus according to the invention consists of a rotating frame with radial supporting arms to which the skiers hold. The rotating frame is mounted to be freely rotatable on a vertical axial bolt which is arranged in a stationary manner on an inclined, snow-covered track surface. The exercise apparatus is driven by the skiers themselves, in such a manner that the skiers moving downhill are positioned on the supporting arms at a longer distance, and those moving uphill at a shorter distance, from the axis of rotation. |
