Summary: | A heating arrangement for electrical heating apparatuses having PTC heating elements. The object is achieved of reducing the contact resistance between the electrodes and heating elements and of designing the construction in such a manner that the electrodes are utilised for mechanical fixing of the heating elements, and the heat transfer and hence the efficiency are improved. The solution is achieved in that electrodes and heating elements are arranged alternately in a row, the heating elements are electrically connected in parallel, and the contact surfaces of the heating elements are provided with a conductive coating. The invention can be used in electrical heating apparatuses, especially those having a low power, such as hair curlers, heated hairbrushes, aquarium heaters, shoe driers, beer warmers etc.. |
