Summary: | A screwdriving tool designed for releasing or even fastening the wheel nuts of motor vehicles is provided with a screw transmission which is configured as a cylindrical tubular body provided with an internal thread. Threaded rods (2, 3) project from both ends of the tubular body. Attached via joints to their respective ends remote from the tubular body are levers (8, 9). The lever (9) serves as a torque support, while the lever (8) carries a tool (10). The swivel axes defined by the joints run parallel to the longitudinal axis of the tool. The fastening of the lever (9) serving as a torque support is effected via two box spanners (11) fastened to the lever (9) at an adjustable distance (18) from one another. The torque passed into the housing (1) of the screw transmission via a push-in lever (21) is amplified by the length of this push-in lever (21), the pitch of the internal thread of the housing (1) as well as the length of the lever (8) so that even jammed screws or nuts can be released with slight expenditure of force. |
