Summary: | The invention relates to a method for producing push-on sleeves for connecting cable ends. Push-on cable sleeves are produced in a known manner on site. All the work involved in producing a sleeve thus takes place in the open air, so that the ingress of dust, contamination and moisture is virtually unavoidable. A production method for push-on sleeves is thus proposed in which the sleeve tube (1) of the sleeve is initially closed by a protective hose (3). During the subsequent assembly, the sleeve tube (1) is pushed onto a prepared cable end (5) together with the protective hose (3) and, after assembly of the inner parts of the sleeve, is fixed on a field-control body (6) by means of a protective winding (9). The sleeve tube (1) thus remains protected against external influences, such as dust, contamination and moisture, in all phases of the production method. …… |
