Summary:An axial extension piece (3) which is pierced by an operating rod (5) connectable to a pedal or the like and serves to establish a connection between the atmosphere and the housing (1) protrudes from a housing (1). In the extension piece (3) the operating rod (5) is enclosed by a silencer (9), an outer surface of which bears all the way round on the inner surface of the extension piece (3) and has at least one continuous, through aperture (11) which extends approximately in the longitudinal direction of the operating rod (5) in order to form an air flow duct through the silencer (9).
