Summary:To simplify the construction, the manufacture and the assembly and while retaining effective cooling of the gas nozzle in the case of insulation arranged in particular in gas-shielded torches between gas-nozzle carrier (21) and current-carrying torch parts (12, 14), the insulation (22) according to the invention is made of a plastic, preferably a thermosetting plastic, which is injected in a positive-locking manner into the hollow space (23) between gas-nozzle carrier (21) and current-carrying torch parts (12, 14) (Fig. 1).
