Summary:PURPOSE:To mix two kinds of liquids uniformly and continuously, by feeding both the liquids, between which the ratio of flow is large, to the inside of a mixer in different periods of pulses and from different directions respectively. CONSTITUTION:A pipe 8 for injecting the 1st liquid, having a port 6 which opens toward the tangential direction of a side wall, is provided to the bottom side surface of a cylindrical mixing vessel 2, and an injection port 7 for the 2nd liquid, opening vertically upward, is equipped at the center of the bottom 4. Different kinds of liquids are injected by a ratio lower than 10:1, from both an injection port 6 for the 1st liquid and an injection port 7 for the 2nd liquid, by a <=9 or a >=11 period of pulse at the 2nd injection port 7 against the period of pulse 10 at the 1st injection port 6. Further in this case, the sum of the flow rates of both the liquids is made <=200ml/min. The 1st liquid forms itself a whirling flow along the side wall, and the 2nd liquid forms itself a column shape at the part corresponding to the axis of the whirling flow to be mixed with the 1st liquid by a centrifugal effect and a turbulent dispersing action caused by the whiring flow, and then the liquids are discharged from an exit port 9 in a uniformly mixed state.
