Summary:The winder (H1) has a spool (4) which can be rotated about a first axis (18) and onto which a tube package (24) can be fitted. The spool (4) is mounted on a spool carrier (3) which, in turn, can be rotated about a second axis (14) which runs perpendicular to the first axis (18). The bearing (11), in which the spool carrier (3) is mounted, can be rotated about a third axis (10) which runs perpendicular to the first axis (18) and to the second axis (14). Due to the rotatability of the spool carrier (3) about the second axis (14), twisting of the tube (26) unwound from the package is avoided. The winder can also be used without the third axis (10). The third axis affords the additional advantage that the spool can be set to the drawing-off direction of the tube (26).
