Summary:1. Insulated outside wall panel consisting of an insulating board which is provided with a plaster coat composed of granular and/or pulverulent insulating materials, a glass fibre web coated with a plastic film and a cement binder which has been mixed with water to which a plastic dispersion has been added, characterised in that the glass fibre web is thickly encased with at least one hydrolytically stable, waterinsoluble polymer layer of 10 to 35% by weight, in particular 15 to 25% by weight, of the polymer, based on the glass fibre.
