The invention relates to a door (2) which, in the installed state, can be fastened either on the left or on the right as often as desired, with two rotary joints which are arranged at a vertical distance from one another in each pivot axis and the mutually rotatable parts (5 and 6) of which can be brought out of engagement. The mutually rotatable parts (5, 6) can be brought out of engagement perpendicularly to the axis of rotation and, in the engaging state, are held non-positively by means of magnetic or mechanical forces.
