Summary:The system recovers heat from exhausted air, having a heat exchanger between the exhausted and outside air, the path of both air currents being determined by one or more windows. The exchanger (1) is integrated into the window frame (15) and/or jamb (26). Ducts (10) can be formed in the jamb for the outside (7) and exhausted air, in which fans can be mounted. The two air currents can be arranged to flow in opposite directions, or at right angles to each other.
