Summary: | The workpieces to be coated are guided longitudinally in the spray booth along several spray stations. These have in opposite booth side walls alternating openings of one or several paint spray devices. The booth has a system for recovery of the powder dropping from the treated workpiece. Opposite a single spray nozzle, out of a number of such nozzles, is provided an outlet aperture, in which is fitted a filter set. Over the entire booth floor a cleaning device extends, coupled together with the filter set to a common powder supply system. Pref. the cleaning device has a powder scraper movable in the booth longitudinal direction. The scraper may be attached to an endless conveyor whose belt may cover the entire booth floor. The conveyor may deliver to an intermediate storage bin. |
