Summary:Tin cpds. of formula (I) are new (where R1, R2, R3 are each 1-6C alkyl or 3-8C cycloaliphatic hydrocarbyl; R4 is opt. substd. 1-10C alkyl, 3-8C alkenyl or alkynyl, or aryl (1-3C) alkyl opt. substd. by one or more, same or different, 1-6C alkyl, halo, 1-6C alkoxy, nitro or -CF3. R5 is H or 1-4C alkyl, opt. halo substd. and opt. interrupted by one or more O or S atoms; n is 0-2). (I) are prepd. e.g. by reacting the corresp. N-H cpd. with a distannoxane. (I) have biocidal, esp. insecticidal, acaricidal and/or fungicidal activity. They are more active and/or better tolerated by plants than similar known cpds.
