Summary:The solarium contains lamps emitting ultraviolet and/or infra-red radiation incorporated in a solar couch. The radiation element (2) forms an insert of the couch (3) having at its front and/or side walls (4, 5) inserting strips (6). The latter are pref. in the form of angular profiles or a rectangular tube. A coating member may be inserted onto the radiation element being in agreement with its inner dimensions and the distances of the inserting strips. The coating member has apertures at its upper edge, which are aligned with the inserting strips. Some of the latter are used for connection of further radiation elements in a swivelling or rotary manner. The insert strips form connections to a radio or TV receiver, an electric clock, a cassette tape recorder or switching elements for the entire system.
