Summary: | The pen with tubular nib (20) has an internal cleaning wire (18) with a cylindrical weight (16). The pen has airflow compensation. Changes of the gravity induced pressure of ink are compensated by capillary pressure. The cross section of the ink compensation chamber (22) varies in relation to the distance from the connection with the inner bore of the nib. The maximum cross section of the ink compensation chamber is situated adjacent to the connection with the ambient air and for connection with the inner bore. Its minimum cross section is situated at the point furthest removed from this connection. The ink compensation chamber cross section can be round or square or rectangular. |
