Summary: | The machine has an upper part comprising the skinning assembly while the lower part contains the cleaning assembly in form of an air sifter. Inside the housing provided with a lid the skinning drum with vertical shaft driven from a pulley is fitted. The upper end face of the drum carries fan blades and the shell of the drum carries a number of skinning blades which has an adjustable pitch. On the middle part of the drum circumference skinning elements are fitted at a distance from each other. The elements have different shapes suitable for various types of grains. The elements are fitted to the drum by their threaded stems. The machine is suitable for a variety of grains except those with high oil content. |
