Summary:A decorating device for applying creamy material to cakes and the like, comprises a funnel-shaped squeeze bag intended for single use only ('one-way' bag) and an extrusion nozzle fitted to the lower, i.e. pointed end of the bag, the nozzle comprising an outlet sleeve with a continuous retaining cone surrounded by the lower kip of the bag. The bag is made of very thin, supple and stretchable but non-elastic plastics foil, pref. low density polyethylene. The retaining cone of the nozzle has a greater conicity w.r.t. the tapering rate of the bag, and/or at the place where it is narrowest, an appreciably greater circumference than the bag at its lower outlet aperture. Easy insertion of nozzle into bag gives tight fit and safe handling.
