Fluorescent pigments for use in thermocopying - contg solely cuprous cpds with nitrogen base as fluorescent component
Fluorescent pigments for use in thermocopying contain solely Cu- (I) cpds. with a nitrogen base as fluorescent component these cpds. being prepd. by reducing the Cu-(II) salts, esp. with ascorbic acid, in the presence of the nitrogen base, or by directly reacting a Cu-(I) cpd., esp. Cu-(I) iodide, w...

Summary: | Fluorescent pigments for use in thermocopying contain solely Cu- (I) cpds. with a nitrogen base as fluorescent component these cpds. being prepd. by reducing the Cu-(II) salts, esp. with ascorbic acid, in the presence of the nitrogen base, or by directly reacting a Cu-(I) cpd., esp. Cu-(I) iodide, with the nitrogen base. The pigments can be easily prepd., they have very high fluorescence in U.V. light, are resistant to impurities. |
