Applying a metal coating to the surface of different materials comprises degreasing and cleaning the surface to be coated, mechanically applying the material particles consisting of copper, nickel, aluminum, titanium, tungsten, germanium, gold, cobalt, molybdenum, tin, palladium or platinum, their alloys, oxides, hydroxides or sulfides, and heating in a non-oxidizing atmosphere. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf die Verfahrenstechnik des Auftragens metallischer Überzüge auf die Oberfläche verschiedener Stoffe (Pulver und Schichtträger), darunter der Dielektriker, Halbleiter, Metalle. Sie kann beispielsweise zur Metallisierung der Schleifpartikel und der Keramikstoffe, zur Bildung der metallkeramischen Verbundstoffe sowie in der Elektronik - bei der Fertigung von Wärmeabflüssen und anderen Vorrichtungen - verwendet werden. Im Rahmen dieses Verfahrens wird die Oberfläche des zu beschichtenden Stoffes entfettet und gereinigt, und darauf werden die Partikel des Stoffes mechanisch aufgetragen, der aus der Gruppe der Metalle, Legierungen, Metalloxide, Metallhydroxide, Metallsulfide gewählt werden kann, wonach die Erwärmung bis 200 DEG -500 DEG C in einer Nichtoxidierungs-Atmosphäre erfolgt. Dieses Verfahren ermöglicht die Bildung des dichten und festen Überzugs mit regelbarer Dicke, es ist preisgünstig und hochproduktiv.
