Es werden ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Steuerung eines Stellers mit einem kapazitiven Element beschrieben. Parallel zu dem kapazitiven Element ist ein ohmscher Widerstand geschaltet. Zu bestimmten Zeitpunkten wird der Wert (R) des ohmschen Widerstands erfaßt und, ausgehend von dem Wert des Widerstands, auf die Art und/oder die Temperatur des kapazitiven Elements geschlossen. |
