Summary:Laser mirror has a reduction in thickness and self cooling is compensated using an additional cooling device, especially gas cooling coupled to the mirror. Preferred Features: The lowest thickness necessary is selected so that the mirror does not deform during laser processing, especially deformation by the coolant hitting the mirror. The whole mirror consists of a temperature resistant/heat conductivity resistant and highly reflecting material, preferably copper, molybdenum, silver, gold and/or aluminum.
