Summary: | An aluminoxane free catalyst system comprises a fluorine containing metal complex and a trialkyl or triaryl boron or aluminum compound (excluding trimethylaluminum). An aluminoxane free catalyst system (I) comprises: (A) a fluorine containing metal complex of formula AaMFbLc (1); and (B) a compound of formula M'Y3 (2) (excluding trimethylaluminum). An Independent claim is included for a process for the polymerization of alpha -olefins, optionally with dienes in the presence of the catalyst (I). M = Zr, Hf, V, Nb or Ta; A = anionic ligand, optionally bridged; F = fluorine; L = nonionic ligand; M' = B or Al; Y = H, 1-20C alkyl, optionally substituted by silyl groups, 1-10 C fluoroalkyl, 6-13C fluoroaryl, 1-10C alkoxy, 6-20C aryl, 6-20C aryloxy, 7-40C arylalkyl or alkylaryl; a = 1 or 2; b = 1-3; c = 0-4; when a+b = 3 or 4, M=Zr or Hf; when a+b = 3, 4 or 5, M=V, Nb or Ta.
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Katalysatorsystem auf Basis von fluorhaltigen metallkomplexen, im speziellen ein Katalysatorsystem, bestehend aus Metallocenfluoriden und Aluminiumalkylen sowie die Verwendung des Katalysatorsystems für die Polymerisation von ungesättigten Verbindungen, insbesondere für die Polymerisation und Copolymerisation von Olefinen und/oder Dienen. |
