The invention relates to a flexible protective sheet for use preferably in personal protection and consisting of protective elements which are movably connected in such a way that each protective element is partly overlapped or covered by and partly overlaps or covers other such elements. The aim of the invention is to provide a flexible protective sheet of the type described above, for use preferably in personal protection, which offers adequate protection against penetration by a knife or knife-like objects, is economical and technologically easy to produce as well as light and simple to use. To this end the protective elements (1) present at least one opening (6) which is configured in such a way that each protective element (1) is attached to two other protective elements (1) by means of loops (2) made of a thread-like material. Die Erfindung betrifft eine flexible Schutzfläche zum vorzugsweisen Einsatz im Personenschutz, bestehend aus beweglich verbundenen Schutzelementen, derart, daß ein jedes Schutzelement sowohl von anderen teilweise überragt oder überdeckt wird als auch andere teilweise überragt oder überdeckt. DOLLAR A Die Aufgabe, die darin besteht, eine flexible Schutzfläche zum vorzugsweisen Einsatz im Personenschutz nach der eingangs erwähnten Art zu schaffen, die vor dem Einstich von Messern oder messerähnlichen Gegenständen ausreichenden Schutz gewährt, kostengünstig und technologisch einfach herstellbar und dennoch leicht und handhabbar ausgebildet ist, wird dadurch gelöst, daß die Schutzelemente (1) mindestens einen Durchgang (6) aufweisen, der so ausgebildet ist, daß jedes Schutzelement (1) an mindestens zwei weiteren Schutzelementen (1) durch Schlaufen (2) aus einem fadenartigen Material befestigt ist.
