Summary: | The umbrella aluminum inner rib (1) is made into a U profile lengthwise to enclose the outer rib (2) and (1) resists both bend and tension. The inner rib is formed (111) in sector (11) for the outer rib (2) end (21) with the tines (112) into the outer rib to consolidate the connection. A transversely strapped connector joins the two ribs from between them. The outer end (11) of the inner rib (1) is cross-strapped to pin (12) it pivotally to the tensioner rib (4) and is additionally strapped to enclose the inner end of the outer rib (2). The ribs enter through the central bore of the connector and the connector is traversed by a pin to join both rib ends to it. |
