Summary:In a powder lacquer composition containing an epoxy-reactive polymer as binder, an epoxy-functional siloxane resin hardener and optionally additives such as pigment, filler, thermal stabilizer, flow aid and/or degassing agent, the hardener is a compound obtained by hydrolysis and condensation of 80-95 mol% organosiloxane (I) and 5-30 mol% epoxy-functionalized silane (II) and/or epoxy-functional silane (III) at 0-80 degrees C. R2SiX2 (I); R''SiX3 (II); R''R'''SiX2 (III) R = optionally substituted aryl; X = OH or OR'; R', R''' = 1-4C alkyl; R'' = an epoxy-functional organic group.
