Hydropneumatische Achsfederung für angetriebene Fahrzeugachsen

The hydropneumatic axle spring system has at least one hydraulic cylinder (16,17) mounted between the vehicle chassis and the wheel axle, coupled to at least one pressure reservoir (36,36a,38). The pressure of the pressure reservoir is adjusted via a valve (34), depending on the axle loading. A mini...

Summary:The hydropneumatic axle spring system has at least one hydraulic cylinder (16,17) mounted between the vehicle chassis and the wheel axle, coupled to at least one pressure reservoir (36,36a,38). The pressure of the pressure reservoir is adjusted via a valve (34), depending on the axle loading. A minimum pressure is maintained which ensures a spring characteristic for the axle under all loadings and travel parameters of the vehicle. The valve can be electromagnetically controlled.
