Summary: | The iris ring sight has variable iris diameter. This consists of spring metal blades in a sight tunnel in the form of a hollow cylindrical blade cage. The blade ends are shaped as ramps for a conical attachment (7). The other ends are turned in at a right angle towards the sighting line. The angled blade ends also have surfaces (21, 22) extending perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis of the cage, widening transversely beyond the width of the blades. Each blade may have a web (23) after the conical attachment region, of smaller cross section than the blade shaft. |
