Summary: | The automatic clutch controller has a control circuit (8) which actuates the clutch (2) and associated sensors which adjust the torque transferred by the clutch depending on parameters. The engine (1) load or torque and speed are detected and a clutch torque set for pulling away depending on the load state or torque and speed. When the engine power control device is set near its end stop for high engine power and the clutch has reached a closed position with increasing excess above a defined engine speed, the coupling torque to be set increases. The torque is reduced when the engine speed is falling below the defined level. |
