Summary:The devices (5) for elastic cross-connection are arranged at least in the area of individual narrow sides (2b-4b) of the core parts (2-4). The core parts at least in the pressure direction are elastic and the devices for electric cross-connection of the two side parts are elastic at least in the tractive direction. The devices for cross-connection incorporate a net-type construction, the individual strands of which run diagonally in relation to the longitudinal central axis of the building component. The narrow and wide sides (2a,b-4a,b) of the individual core parts are surrounded by the net-type construction and the two side parts are made of a mouldable, hardenable mass.
