Torque peak absorber between two shafts in drive link

The shafts are linked by an endless drive (3) for corresponding gear wheels of the shafts. The endless drive contains a rotation-elastic element (17), arranged between the shafts for torque transmission. To the driven shaft (4) is allocated a rigidly coupled extra torque mass (11). The rotation-elas...

Summary:The shafts are linked by an endless drive (3) for corresponding gear wheels of the shafts. The endless drive contains a rotation-elastic element (17), arranged between the shafts for torque transmission. To the driven shaft (4) is allocated a rigidly coupled extra torque mass (11). The rotation-elastic element is located between the driven shaft and a gear wheel (6) associated with the shaft and comprises a damper (18) in parallel with the rotation elasticity. Pref., the element and damper are in the form of an absorber (19), made of an elastomer.
