Summary: | The implant has an outer shell (1) with at least one eccentric anchor lug and a cup. A guide for placing the implant includes a cap-shaped drilling template (7) with breakthrough apertures (8) in its wall. The apertures longitudinal axes correspond to those of the anchor lugs and are perpendicular to the equator surface of the cap. A guide shell (5) is positionable in the break through apertures. A first drill (11) is used for the fixing screws and a second drill (12) has a core diameter similar to the clearance diameter of the first drill. |
