Summary: | The control is produced by non-uniform rotation of the cam shaft wherein the displacement of the rotary axis of the camshaft drive (2) is provided by turning a bearing unit (1) and the drive force of the valve control causes this turning of the bearing unit. The bearing unit can be turned by a spring (6) against the force of the traction means which decreases as the speed increases. The path and/or pretension in the idling side of the driving traction means (7) is changed to support the displacement of the axis of the camshaft drive and/or to dampen the torsion vibrations of the bearing unit. |
