Summary:A glass ceramic cooking panel has at least four hot plates, each with a display unit. In the region of each plate are two 7-segment two-figure displays (4,5), one figure being to indicate the chosen cooking stage, and the other figure to indicate the cooking function of the plate. The displays are beside one another in a block on the front left and right of the plates. To indicate the cooking stages, an additional LED point is used in the 7-segment displays.
