Angle measuring unit for measuring microscope with rotatable reticule, for two=dimensional measurement of microscopic object

The angle measuring unit has a transmission belt (5), e.g. is a non-play and a non-slip steel belt. The track(s) with the code of the angle coder (3) are located on or at the rotatable reticule (2) or the reticule mounting. The reticule has two diametrical thread lines (9,10), which intersect at an...

Summary:The angle measuring unit has a transmission belt (5), e.g. is a non-play and a non-slip steel belt. The track(s) with the code of the angle coder (3) are located on or at the rotatable reticule (2) or the reticule mounting. The reticule has two diametrical thread lines (9,10), which intersect at an angle of 60 deg. in the centre. The angle measuring unit can also be designed as a push-in module. With the reticle in the working position, it can be positioned in the intermediate image plane of the measuring microscope, vertical to its optical axis (7).
