The invention relates to a plastics-shaping system, especially a blown-film system or a flat-film system or some other system designed to manufacture a film web, comprising a treatment roller line with process rollers, the treatment roller line comprising a retaining roller and a drawing roller and optionally additional rollers, which are set at different circumferential speeds from each other, specifically the drawing roller having a higher circumferential speed than the retaining roller, wherein the retaining roller and/or the drawing roller and/or an additional process roller sucks the film web onto its relevant rotating surface by means of a negative pressure so that the film web lies against the roller as uniformly as possible and/or so that a static-friction zone which is as extensive as possible is made possible. The invention also relates to a method for operating a system, wherein the negative pressure is brought to the external region of the roller through a permeable surface on the roller in order to suck the film web onto the roller.
