An individually molded tooth-shaped cover (3) is prepared in advance facilitating the joining of the device (3) to the teeth of the user. In a second version the container (11) is replaced by a T-shaped holding device suitable for being provided with a sponge soaked in water. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Mundstück mit einem Behälter sowie auf ein Mundstück mit einem Halteelement, das ein Befeuchtungselement zum Befeuchten des Mundes halten kann, sowie auf eine Vorrichtung zum Befeuchten des Mundes mit einem solchen Mundstück und einem Befeuchtungselement.
