Summary:The box has a removable stacking support (10) and a base with two narrow side end walls so that the mail is aligned with its largest sides facing same. The insides of the long side walls (2) have at regular intervals perpendicular to the base straight elongated recesses (3) open at the top which are wider in the longitudinal direction of the side longitudinal walls than the slit openings towards the inside of the box. The stacking support has shaped elements at the two end sides to slide into the elongated recesses through the slot openings perpendicular to the base. The shaped elements of the stacking supports and the recesses in the insides of the box walls form dovetailed guides.
