Summary:The inner ring(1) and/or outer ring(2) are each molded with an integral rim(4,5) at one end. A separate component forms a rim(6) at the opposite side of the rings. The separate rim component(6) is snapped into a circumferential radial groove(10) in either the inner(1) or outer(2) ring. The inner ring has two integral rims, one on each side. All rims(4,5,6) have axial running faces(12) for the rollers(3). Radial running faces(13) of the inner ring open radially outwards while those(14) on the outer ring are open radially inwards. Running faces may be slightly convex. One or both integral rims has a gland(7) which is integrally formed with the rim. Radial recesses(15) in the inner ring hold solid lubricant. An inner ring with rims at both sides is molded in a multi-part tool with radially moving tool parts whose parting line is at an angle to the running face(13). A slight recess is formed on the inner ring at the crossing point. An Independent claim is included for a process for manufacturing the bearing in which: a) an inner ring and outer ring are injection molded in plastic and on one and/or the other on one side only one rim(5) is formed; b) the inner ring and/or outer ring are axially demolded; c) a further rim(6) is molded separately and assembled onto the inner or outer ring. Die Erfindung betrifft ein Zylinderrollenlager mit einem Innenring (1) und einem Außenring (2), die jeweils als Kunststoff-Spritzgussteile ausgebildet sind und mit Wälzkörpern (3), die auf einer Laufbahn (13) des Innenrings (1) und auf einer Laufbahn (14) des Außenrings (3) abwälzen. Der Innenring (1) und/oder der Außenring (2) weisen je einen einstückig mit dem Innenring (1) oder dem Außenring (2) ausgebildeten Bord (4, 5) und einen als separates Bauteil ausgeführten Bord (6) auf.
