Summary:Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Erkennung eines schlechten Kontakts zwischen dem Gleitring und der Kohlebürste eines Wasserturbogenerators. The invention provides a method for detecting poor contact between a slip ring and a carbon brush of a hydro-generator, and the method comprises the steps: collecting the positive and negative electrode temperatures of the slip ring and the voltage and current of a rotor in real time, calculating the temperature change trend of the slip ring and the resistance change trend of the rotor, and comparing real-time data with a healthy sample; and if the rotor loop resistance and the slip ring positive and negative electrode temperature change (developing towards the deterioration direction relative to a normal value), judging that the equipment part has a fault or is deteriorated. Faults can be detected in advance, treatment measures can be formulated, the operation stability of the unit is improved, and the service life of equipment is prolonged.
