Summary: | The method involves attaching a polishing apparatus (16) to a strength and/or torque sensor with a lightweight robot (14). The predetermined force is applied to component (12) in transverse direction (y) and vertical direction (z) by robot and component is moved in trajectory direction (x). A guide element (18) is applied in transverse direction to component and is guided along component by polishing apparatus using robot. The movement of robot is reversed in trajectory direction when force acting on guide element in trajectory direction exceeds predetermined force. An independent claim is included for a device for polishing of component.
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Polieren eines Bauteils (12), bei welchem ein Poliergerät (16) an einem einen Kraft- und/oder Momentensensor umfassenden Leichtbauroboter (14) angebracht und das Poliergerät (14) mittels des Leichbauroboters (14) mit einer vorgegebenen Kraft in Querrichtung (y) und Hochrichtung (z) an das Bauteil (12) angelegt sowie anschließend in einer Bahnrichtung (x) entlang des Bauteils (12) bewegt wird. Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung eine Vorrichtung (10) zum Polieren eines Bauteils (12). |
