Die Erfindung betrifft einen Stator (10) für eine elektrische Maschine, mit einem in axialer Richtung (x) des Stators (10) zwischen zwei Wickelköpfen (12, 14) angeordneten Statorblechpaket (16), wobei koaxial zu einer Außenumfangsfläche (18) von zumindest einem der Wickelköpfe (12) ein Druckring (20) angeordnet ist, mittels welchem das Statorblechpaket (16) kraftschlüssig an einem Gehäuseteil fixiert ist.
