Summary: | The element (1) has a double-walled bellows section (2) with an inner wall (3) and an outer wall (4). The outer wall concentrically encloses the inner wall at a predetermined distance such that a gap (9) is formed between the inner and outer walls. The gap has width that lies between two and twenty-times of thickness of the inner wall or the outer wall. The inner and outer walls are synchronously manufactured in a common shaping process, where the outer wall is made from metallic material i.e. steel. A connection unit is arranged at the bellows section. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a flexible duct element.
Vorgeschlagen wird ein flexibles Leitungselement (1), welches einen wenigstens doppelwandigen Balgabschnitt (2) mit zumindest einer inneren Wand (3) und zumindest einer äußeren Wand (4) aufweist, wobei die äußere Wand (4) die innere Wand (3) in einem vorbestimmten Abstand konzentrisch umgibt derart, dass zwischen der inneren Wand (3) und der äußeren Wand (4) ein Spalt (9) vorhanden ist, wobei der Spalt (9) eine Spaltbreite aufweist, welche zwischen dem Doppeltem und dem 20-fachen einer Dicke der inneren Wand (3) oder der äußeren Wand (4) liegt. Vorgeschlagen wird weiterhin ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines derartigen flexiblen Leitungselements (1), welches die Ausbildung extrem kleiner Spaltdicken ermöglicht. |
