Independent claims are also included for: (1) producing the molded body, comprising extruding flowable silicon dioxide mass using an extruder; and (2) a device for carrying out the above method, comprising at least one extruder which comprises a head comprising a device, by which a flowable mass is solidifiable. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Formkörper umfassend Siliziumdioxid, wobei der Formkörper zumindest einen kanalförmigen Bereich aufweist, dessen Oberfläche Vorsprünge und/oder Aussparungen umfasst, die eine Helix in dem kanalförmigen Bereich bilden. Ferner betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines solchen Formkörpers, sowie eine Vorrichtung zur Durchführung eines solchen Verfahrens.
